Create a macrame bracelet, featuring a sailors knot design with this printed pattern.

You will be guided, step by step to creating a version of the carrick bend knot, slap known as the Josephine knot, double coin knot and sailors knot, which makes a central knotted design for the cuff- style bracelet.  You will also be shown how to finish your bracelet by gluing on a clasp.  Each stage is described using written instructions and clear colour photographs making it suitable for beginners.

To create your macrame stone necklace you will need the following materials:

• 2.5 metres of 4mm or 5mm braided cord
• Glue in clasp, or separate ends and clasp
• Strong glue
• Thread
