Coiled Rope Basket Kit

This kit has everything you need to make a coiled rope basket, based on traditional basketry techniques. It uses a stitched method and is not crocheted or wrapped, allowing the colour of the cotton rope to shine through. The finished basket can be used as a plant pot cover (for approx. 10cm pot), or a variety of practical uses around your home- all the kits can be made as either option!

The kit has printed instructions, with both text and detailed step-by-step photographs, along with a link to a full video tutorial with me.  Choose one of four colourways, and the instructions allow you to choose to make a straight-sided plant pot style or a more open bowl style.

The cord is 100% cotton and made in the UK

• 10mm braided cotton rope
• 2mm twisted cotton cord
• metal needle
• Printed step-by-step instructions
